Product Description
This machine is used for cutting the adobe strip from extruder according to the length requirement of adobe piece cutting machine to adobe section, and feed them into piece cutting machine, to meet different requirement of production technology .
The machine may adjust the cutting strip length and cut the adobe strip automatically . the vertical cutter has the feature like vertical cutting, small stub, and high efficiency.
Structure and Working Principle
The ordinary cutting system is mainly consisting of pneumatic column cutter and light brick cutter.
How the machine working?
| Working process |
| 1 | Firstly,by mixer to stir the raw material(cement or concrete or fly ash mixture),after getting perfect proportion material,by belt conveyor to deliver the raw material into feed bin. |
| 2 | Secondly,automatically open the door to feed the material,after getting enough ratio material,shut the door of stock bin. |
| 3 | Thirdly,From the send pallets machine to deliver the pallets,hydraulic press the material and moulding,by press head and mould function,get the bricks shape customer want. |
| 4 | Fourthly,if need color blocks,by 360 degree no dead angle color feeder,to balance the pigment,then by send the brick machine to outlet. |
